Mi az a fekete fokhagyma?
A fekete fokhagymát természetes eljárással, fermentálással kezelik. Az érlelési folyamat akár több hónapig is eltarthat. Az erjedéshez megfelelő páratartalom és magas hőmérséklet szükségeltetik. A fermentálás során a fokhagyma belseje megfeketedik a melanoidin miatt; illata pedig egészen enyhévé válik.
Mire jó a fekete fokhagyma?

The 17-year-long Esentico Ltd. has the main profile of manufacturing functional food and dietary supplements in its HACCP and ISO22000-certified site of Piliscsaba. We have our own capacity of packing and manufacturing and not only are we manufacturing different types of dietary supplements (capsules, coffee powder) but we are also providing innovative technologies.
